Each parent who registers for Wyndy must create an account and provide their name, email address, phone number, and other personal information. They must also have a valid credit or debit card on file before booking a sitter. Once you accept a job, you can view the parent’s home address from your “Booked Jobs” and can contact the parent by clicking “Contact”. We recommend always looking up the location and contacting the parent through a call, FaceTime call, or text to establish a personal connection before the day of the job.
