No. When a parent posts a job, they select an hourly rate for the job. Wyndy deducts a small portion of this hourly rate as a platform fee before making the job visible to Wyndys. When you view a job, you will see the hourly rate you will be paid for each job. You will always earn at least the hourly rate displayed for each job and can earn more if a parent chooses to give you a bonus when paying.
