What information is reviewed as part of the background check?

All potential Wyndys must pass a basic background check, which is performed by a third party company, Sterling. Sterling validates your identity using your Social Security Number.  Your name and SSN are then checked against multiple databases, including national and county criminal records databases, the National Sex Offender Registry, and Global Watchlist.
