We realize cancellations will happen but want to ensure commitments to parents are honored appropriately . We will excuse 2 cancellations for a Sitter in a 90 day period. Acceptable reasons include sickness and emergency situations. etc. We ask that you give the Parent at least 12 hours notice so they are able to find other options.

Wyndy has a zero-tolerance policy no-shows. This behavior will result in immediate account suspension.

After 3 cancellations, we will review the Sitter’s account for suspension from the platform.
