What is the late cancellation policy?

Cancelling close to a job's start time significantly impacts the family who was counting on you. Here's how it works within any 90-day window:

• 1st late cancellation: Warning
• 2nd late cancellation: 1-week pause from applying to new jobs
• 3rd late cancellation: Account suspended, pending review

A late cancellation is any cancellation made within 24 hours of the job start time.

To cancel a booking, open it from your Bookings tab and select Cancel job. Always cancel as early as possible if something comes up.
