How does in-app messaging work?

Once a parent messages you, you can reply directly in the app. Some parents will reach out before booking to ask questions or confirm details — others will book first and message after.

Whether the conversation starts before or after booking depends on the parent's membership status. What you can count on: once a message thread is open, you can use it to communicate freely.

Once a booking is confirmed, you'll also have access to a masked phone number for calling or texting outside the app on the day of the job.
