How and when do I get paid?

When a job is complete, use the End Job flow to submit your hours (see "How does the End Job flow work?"). The parent reviews and completes payment. Once processed, your earnings appear in your Wyndy balance.

Platform fees:

• Subscribed sitters: 0% platform fee
• Non-subscribed sitters: Platform fees apply (vary by parent and sitter tier)

Transfer your balance anytime from Me → Earnings → Transfer. Each transfer has a $1.50 fee. Funds are sent to your connected payout method through Dots and typically arrive within a few business days. You can choose through Dots whether your payout is automatic
