Do I have to enter my payment information before booking a Wyndy?

Yes. All the information listed on the profile section of the Wyndy app must be completed and you must provide us with a valid credit card before creating a Wyndy job. This information is necessary in order to ensure your Wyndy can contact you and that job payment can be  completed.  We do not share your contact information with anyone other than your chosen and booked Wyndy sitter. Don’t worry, your payment information as well as your profile information is securely stored within our system.


Wyndys viewing your job offer will see your general neighborhood, but they will not see your actual address until after a job has been booked. After a job is booked, the sitter can view the job in their “Booked Jobs”. From there, they can see the address associated with the job and can also contact you directly to confirm the job details.
