What does it cost to use Wyndy as a parent?

You set the hourly rate when you post a job, and you'll always see a full cost breakdown before you confirm a booking.

Wyndy parent members pay:

• $0 service fee on every booking
• 2.9% processing fee per transaction
• A membership fee, billed annually

Without a membership:

• 20% service fee per booking (capped at $20)
• 3.5% processing fee per transaction

Cancellation fee (everyone): If you cancel a booked job within 24 hours of the start time, a $20 fee is charged and paid to your sitter. This applies to members and non-members.

Membership options

When you join, you can choose how to start your annual membership:

• Start a free trial: Try membership free. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
• Pay today and get $100: Skip the trial, pay for your membership now, and get $100 in Wyndy credit to use on bookings.

Wyndy credit is applied to your bookings automatically. Unused credit expires if your membership ends.
