Give as much detail as possible when creating a job using the "Job Notes" section, including any special requests or whether the job times might be flexible. Posting the job to the job board rather than directly offering to sitters will give you a bigger selection of sitters to choose from. The app will let you know when sitters are interested in your job and when to start the offer process.
