We want both our Wyndys and parents to find success on the Wyndy platform.
Since cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, we want to respect the time our Wyndys set aside from school work and activities to perform the Wyndy jobs they have booked. If a parent needs to cancel a booked job, we ask that they give you, the Wyndy, more than 48 hours notice. That way, you have time to find and book another Wyndy job to work during that same time.
If unexpected circumstances force the parent to cancel a booked job within 48 hours of the start time, a $20 cancellation fee will be paid to you from the parent. This fee will be sent to you to compensate you for your time and missed Wyndy job opportunities.
