What if a parent cancels a job I've already booked?

You'll receive a notification right away if a parent cancels a confirmed booking.

If a parent cancels within 24 hours of the job, you will receive a $20 cancellation fee.

If you arrive at a job and the parent is unreachable and you're unable to work the job with no notice given — that's considered a parent no-show. In that case, you'll receive 50% of the projected job total, regardless of the parent's membership status.

Parent cancellations never count against your cancellation record.
