All payments for services facilitated by Wyndy must occur on the Wyndy platform.  Payments made through a third party (such as Venmo, Cashapp, etc) or cash rendering are in direct violation to our Terms of Service Agreement. Wyndy will charge the card on file, regardless of any payments made outside of the Wyndy platform. Any funds paid to a Sitter through a third party service are not the responsibility of Wyndy to recover.
