How do I pay my sitter?

Payment is handled entirely through the Wyndy app — no cash, Venmo, or off-platform payments.

1. Your sitter submits their hours. When the job ends, your job shows Waiting for Hours while your sitter wraps up. We'll notify you as soon as they submit their hours.

2. Review and pay. Open the job to see the wrap-up screen, where you can:

• Check the hours worked (tap Edit hours worked if something looks off)
• Add a tip — sitters keep 100% of tips
• Rate your sitter and add them to your Favorites
• Change the card you're paying with by tapping it

Then tap Pay & finish.

3. Automatic payment. If you don't pay, the card on file is charged automatically 24 hours after your sitter submits their hours, so your sitter is always paid on time.
