What is the cancellation policy for parents?

You can cancel a posted or booked job anytime from the job detail screen.

Wyndy members:

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the job: No fee

• Cancel within 24 hours of the job: No fee

• Parent no-show: 50% of the projected job total, paid to your sitter

Without a membership:

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the job: No fee

• Cancel within 24 hours of the job: $25 fee, paid to your sitter

• Parent no-show: 50% of the projected job total, paid to your sitter

A parent no-show is when a sitter arrives at the scheduled location, is unable to reach the parent, and cannot work the job — with no notice given.

To cancel:

1. Open the job from your Jobs tab

2. Tap the menu and select Cancel job

3. Provide a brief reason and confirm

If a sitter is already booked, they'll be notified right away. Please cancel as early as possible if something comes up. It makes a real difference for the sitter who planned their day around your job.
