Paying a sitter outside of Wyndy — cash, Venmo, or otherwise — is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Off-platform payments remove protections for both families and sitters, including payment tracking and our dispute process. If you forget to pay, Wyndy will automatically charge the payment method on file to pay the sitter.
Repeated off-platform payment violations may result in account suspension.
If a sitter asks you to pay off-app, let us know through Me → Help.
